Affinity Capital Exchange (“ACE”) respects your concerns about privacy. This U.S. Privacy Notice describes the types of personal information we collect on https://afcx.co/ (the “Site”), how we use the information, with whom we share it and the choices available to you regarding our use of the information. We also describe measures we take to protect the security of the information and how you can contact us about our privacy practices.

This U.S. Privacy Notice applies to the information we collect on the Site. It does not apply to other websites, applications or services provided by ACE. In addition, this Privacy Notice does not apply to the offline data collection and use practices of ACE, such as data collection by telephone.

Information You Provide to Us


The types of personal information you may provide to us when you visit our Site may include:

  • Contact information (such as name, telephone number, and email address);
  • Your company name and job title;
  • Member Portal login information, including your username, password, and any security questions and answers;
  • Information you may submit in connection with a career opportunity at ACE, such as contact information, data submitted on a résumé or in a job application, your LinkedIn profile URL, and other information we obtain to administer the careers process;
  • Other information you may choose to provide, such as through the “Contact Us” feature on the Site

The information we collect in this manner may include your device IP address, unique device identifier, web browser characteristics, device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, clickstream data, and dates and times of website visits.
