The position is based in New York. Up to 15% travel may be necessary. Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.

Your role: The Analyst will principally work with the leadership team to support the Company’s accounting and financial reporting activities, and participate in all client activities (marketing, execution and on-going relationship management and idea generation). This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to gain deep knowledge of the exchange business and be part of bringing innovation to the financial markets and loyalty economy. The Analyst will be working in a start-up, dynamic and demanding environment.The Analyst should have a can-do attitude, entrepreneurial mindset, be comfortable collaborating with internal and external clients and be able to work in fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

·      Provide financial analysis and develop various types of valuation models to support deal execution

·      Play a key role in accounting and reporting activities, and monthly financial close

·      Prepare market updates in written and verbal format

·      Prepare and review materials used in product structuring and execution, including management presentations and investment memorandums

·      Perform due diligence, research and documentation of live transactions

·      Conduct strategic analysis to produce insights that will support decision-making by Company leadership on business initiatives designed to shape the future direction of the company



·      Highly motivated and dynamic individual possessing intellectual curiosity, initiative and a ‘can-do’ attitude

·      Impeccable research, quantitative and analytical skills, and experience in financing modeling

·      Exceptional communication verbal and written skills

·      Ability to problem-solve, and break down complex ideas into understandable and actionable messages

·      Ability to work under time pressure and meet aggressive deadlines

·      Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and QuickBooks

·      BS degree preferably in Finance or Accounting

·      3+ years of experience in finance or business background, particularly on the quantitative side
